NIKE Air 360

Feel like your running on air with these new Air Max 360’s from NIKE. They are designed with the largest air sole ever imagined which provides the best cushioning ever from any Air Max design. Believe me, I have the previous model and they are not as light or comfortable. If not for the outrageous price of $140.00 I would probably have these in every color. Now, I know some people out there might be thinking that nowadays that is about an average price for a pair of NIKE’s (not that its justified) but these are running shoes, they serve a purpose, and the purpose is running! Personally that price tag is a bit high for a pair of shoes that I am basically going to destroy. But, since i'm a sneakers and jeans kinda gal I would probably buy them just for show!

Pros: AMAZING cushioning, incredible lightness, great support, the technology is unsurpassed, superb traction.

Cons: Price, they are durable until the sole wears out, at which point the bubble will burst, for the price tag you'd think Nike would come up with a better way of keeping it intact.

NIKE Shox R4

When the original NIKE Shox’s were unveiled in 2001, three different models were available. The NIKE Shox R4 was one of them. As described by NIKE The principle behind Shox technology is simple. “When the heel strikes the ground, the Shox columns absorb the energy of the strike and compress like a spring, which bounces back and returns the energy to the wearer as they transfer their weight to the forefoot in preparation for the next stride.” Simple RIGHT? Basically the shox acts like a spring, it puts a little bounce in your step. Personally I have had three different pairs of Shox’s myself and have had no complaints! Out of all the Shox running shoes the R4 has supposedly been the most popular and successful with serious runners. I would have to say that my favorite added bonus about this shoe is that it brings a small arc support insert that you can place under the insole if your like me any bit of added support helps. This shoe sells online for as much as $140.00

Running

When getting ready for a good workout, there is only one piece of equipment you need to prepare for a good run, your running shoes. There is no single best shoe for running, but there are many that may be the wrong or even harmful choice. Your running shoes can cause injury in a number of ways: improper fit, poor support, too little or too much cushion, or simply they are old or worn out and its time for a new pair. There are a number of different types of running shoes out on the market like training, trail, and track just to name a few. It is always important to do your research before making a purchase because the wrong running shoe over time can cause serious injury.
